So I had a few engines put in the overseas shipment and after a few stops in Africa and Europe they arrived here in Scotland. I only brought a couple but here is a video of my Wilesco D405, had it since '07 new was the first engine I got so I brought it over instead of storing it.
I've figured out in the few weeks I've been here if you wait to steam when its sunny you may be waiting for days so excuse the rain

"Steaming" in Scotland has another meaning as well - If you get stopped by the police whilst driving do not state you were steaming earlier / last night etc

Glad you did not wait for the sun to come out since the last three months have been the wettest on record and July has also started off badly.
Your D405 looks very good and runs well, albeit with the inherent racket from the gear train.

Haha good to know, we took a trip to the Tullibardine distillery on sunday for some of that type of 'steaming'
