top up valvethis is the top up valve i made for my boiler. its a bit hard to see in pic but i just made a brass fitting to screw into the boiler...... then i tapped a hole to suit a ordinary car tyre valve and screwed one in. in order to open it i made a metal "injector" with the tip squashed so as press down on the valve to open it. a small bit of plastic tube completes the seal when filling. it works a treat.
