There are lots of steam rallies... Harewood House for example, but no toy steam events that I know of except for the National Model Engineering Exhibition in Harrowgate, where there are usually some steam exhibits. That's earlier in the year though. I too would be glad to hear of anything else "up our street" (metaphorically!  )
