Two Princesses and a PrinceTwo Princesses and a Prince of Wales were sold this morning in a bit of a bidding frenzy.
The Prince went first and sold for £235 and then the Princess went higher up to £255. They were both unfired and were sold to the same buyer.
We thought we no chance with the third which was marketed as a Princess for "Spares or Repair". We won her for £77 and are delighted. We can run her without feeling guilty once she has her leaky bits repaired. We think she was a good price considering the price the others have been going for. Might need some help from the forum experts on how t ofix her once we get her over here.

I was watching that one, but I forgot to bid.
I just looked at "my ebay" and was kicking myself, but feel happier now I see you guys have won it.

She certainly is going to a good home. I couldn't really spare the money, but the price just didn't seem to be going up on it so I thought I would stick a bid in and then forgot. Silly boy that I am. Anyway, it saved pushing the price up for you.
Sure you will soon get it running. Probably needs some work on the reversing block.

The other two - admittedly in unfired condition - just went up and up and UPPP
Way out of what we wanted to pay. So we feel we have saved money this morning. (You can justify a lot of things thinking this way!!!) We also missed the flatbed so we saved some more.!!!

Looks a sound buy, depending on how bad the boiler is of course!

Boilers are not that expensive though. Seems a great price considering what others have gone for lately.

Yes around 20 pounds!
It's on the money IF it needs a new boiler!
