Unique Mamod TE front wheels

I've seen the following type of front wheels on occasion and recall someone saying they come with the Mamod TE kits.

Can anyone confirm if that is true AND if it is possible to buy these front wheels separately as you can buy rear wheels.

they are from the roadster Rog, minus the rubber tire . so you can buy them although they'll be red and have a tire on
