Unknown engineCan anyone give me any insight into this stationary engine. To me it looks a lot like a stuart 10h however im fairly sure its not a stuart as there is no trademark on it. Scratch built?

Cheers Les and steamyjim it definatly has similar dimensions unfortunatly i cannot be exact as its in a local auction room to me in there general sale tomorow and i only took a rough measurement of the length and one pic of me holding it. It does look identical to the stuart no8's though. Now i just have to decide what to bid up to.

It is a 10H and many Stuarts that size have the round indent instead of the trademark S on the steam chest.

The No.8 has a different sub base to the 10H, this has the No.8 one...

Thanks. I thought it was 6 inches long but that was someone else stating the size of a 10H.
