VI Fleischmann Sausage MakerNot ideal video conditions, overcast, windy, a little late in the day, irritating clients calling me in the middle of the shoot, etc.
Windows Movie Maker then sticking on the upload. May have to try it without the preview feature and see if I can't eliminate that. Not our best attempt 
"We'll try again, don't know where, don't know when, but I know we'll try again some ....." or something like that! 
Running on Gil's historic Jensen 25, which of course, is capable of a much higher output than shown here. 
Last night, we had to throttle it down considerably or risk spraying sausages all over the place.  Tonight we wasted most of our steam while I was running to answer telephones.

Thanks John, You're absolutely right. At the end of the day these guys buy all these engines for me. Have to respect their needs, even when they interfere with my steam engines!

'Appropriately' might be the word I would use. It is very easy to run these accessories too fast and then they just don't look realistic.

Done. Unfortunately they go so fast once they get airborne I lost them in the viewfinder, so no footage of them descending with streamers and parachutes.
