Visited the Bredgar & Wormshill Light Railways in Kent tI wanted to visit the Bredgar and Wormshill railway to take some detail photos of some rolling stock i'm modelling.
I finally got around to it today! For anyone who has an interest in steam, it's well worth a visit, the actual railway only has a tiny run, but there are some very nice locos. Most of their stock is 2ft gauge and 2ft 6" European, German O&K locos, but well worth a look to see the engineering and restoration work up close.
Couple of Traction Engines too, a very nicely turned out showmans engine today too. The Beam Engine has been very nicely installed in the shed, and was running under steam and beautiful to see in motion.

It's just a small Beam engine, only about 3m tall, was used at a waterworks in Ashford between 1870 and 1940.

I can't mention the railway without a photo of one of the locos too!
This is a little 2ft gauge Bagnall, The more I look at these very small little industrial steam locos, the more appealing I find them!
