water pumphas anyone got or ever made a water pump to be powered by model steam engine or know where i could find plans to build one

Empire made a water pump sold in two configurations...pump alone or pump as part of a windmill accessory. Both work off a steam engine drive band and work well. You can see example of both under the Empire tab on my website (link below).
I have not seen plans for such a thing however and Empire is out of business, so source is the random one that pops up on eBay.

If you are so inclined to scratch build or experiment, a simple oscillating Steam Engine will serve as a pump. The piston and cylinder move water as opposed to steam and of course needs to be driven as opposed to being the diving force.
Doll and Bing, as well as other manufacturers used this principle to operate Fountain accessories.

The pump on this fountain is just a piston pumping water instead of using steam.
