Whistle clogged by limestoneI've a problem:
My mamod's se3 whistle are probably clogged by limestone.
Can I do something?
There is a way to Declogging it?

Soak it in vinegar (aceto) for a few hours.
Rinse well in water.
Works every time!

Agreed, soaking in vinegar is the best bet.
If you can, remove the small nut and remove the spring (don't loose it!) then pull out the tapered part from the body. Put both brass parts in the vinegar and leave for 2 - 3 hours.
If you can't dismantle the whistle as above. make sure it is in the open position during the soaking.
Either way, as Bugsy said, rinse well with clean water afterwards.
To prevent the scale building up again, use only soft water in the boiler. If you live in a hard water area, use distilled water. Rain water or watyer from a dehumidifier is fine.

Like the others said vinegar is the best way, i myself not long ago cleaned out my mamods using the above method.
