Where`s that? Stanford Hall?
Used to go to the Ford Fair & XROC Day, when I had my `80 XR3.
Also, had a `69 1600 GT Capri.

I think they really set the standard back in the early 60s when they made the Anglia.

The first car I had was an old Anglia van.
I loved it to death.
Never liked a car as much since.

LOL. I almost lived in mine.
I did 20,000 miles in the first 10 months.
Ah, what fine memories. I'd have it back again tomorrow.

I learned to drive in a Mark 1 Escort, and later I had a 1980 1600 Ghia, then a 1984 XR3i. All great cars... the Ghia was very thirsty though.

Great cars MM. Stilltrying to decide if the blue one is an RS2000
I had an 85 MK3 1600 Ghia, that was a great car, and the only one I ever got attached too. Until someone decided they also wanted it, stole it, took it for a race round, then finally set fire to it

It won't be the first if it is a replica. I once went looking at a MK2 RS2000 that was for sale. The seller was adament it was an original, but judging by the way the slanted nose was put on the front, the wrong rear bumper, and a few other details, it was indeed a replica
The MK3 on ebay is like new I rememder those when they were indeed new

Oh the Mk2! Thats a badass car Griff! I regularly see a white version driving up and down this road!
Got to be careful of replicas though, didn't the Mk1 RS have wider arches along with the mexico version?

Mine is a GMC, God Made Chevy
It is a Sonoma with the Sports suspension, anti sway bars, Koni shocks, 16" low profile wide tires etc. Basically an under powered Camaro with a pickup body/
I think it is one of the best vehicles I ever owned apart from a 1960 VW Beetle and a 1991 GMC K2500 4X4 Sierra, that was a truck!
My current ride

Here's mine. I alsmost forgot I put these up on my personal web space just a few months after I had got the truck. Still looks good. Just needs a polish

I am pretty sure they came with the same arches as the standard car, but some were widened if used for race/rally events.
