You also have a lot of snow, a good source of distilled water!
My old D6 doesn't have the sight glass as yours has.

If it wasn't for the sound, I'd think you'd had it running no more than 60rpm

Those little buggers will scream with a meths burner (and lose their paint and melt the whistle handle too   )
