Wilesco Flexible Shaft Grinder.

I got this from America today.

Does anyone know the proper name (if I have it wrong) and the model no??

Nick

How does it work? Is that the pulley hidden inside?
bigal

Wow,  competition for a Dremel!

Actually looks useful
steamyjim

You can see the pulley in the last pic Nick

That's what I thought it was.

Is that an arrow meaning it only works in one direction?

I presume so otherwise the internal spring would come off the main shaft.

That is really nifty.  Must be rare as can be.  I love the hidden pulley, and the arrow cutout is way cool.
You have to post a pic with a belt hooked up to a lineshaft.. it must look cool as can be!!

Cool little grinder thingy.

I too want to see it hooked to a lineshaft, but in video form. You can do alot of things with that.

Hello!
In Germany, Wilesco called it "Biegsame Welle". The number was M58. Produced ca. 1960 -1972.
