Wasn't going to go this year but a mate turned up and we went up (despite the awful weather). Place was a bog and numbers well down on last year, but I took a few pics of the legendary 3830. Still looking great

| COOOOOOL!!! wish we had stuff like that in SA our SteamRangers (520 etc) are all out of action....just boring old railcars or even worse diesels!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |

a great loco . im not really into locos so it really annoys me to see the engines coupled up like that. i like to see them with their funnels facing the front. i know because of limited track they do that because of turntables ect. but it does spoil the look of the train overall. _________________ difficult things done straight away...the impossible takes me a little longer |

| thanks all for the comments. It was a shame my camera decided to die as there we traction engines (including a lovely Marshall) rumbling around and interesting displays of early agricultural engines. |
