Let's pretend that you have to get rid of all your steam toys, engines ... boats ... locos ... accessories ... the lot ... everything apart from just one item, which one would you keep and why?
Me ... I'd keep Jenny Wren because it is so nearly perfect (and my wife would keep the Seahawk as it belonged to her late father).
That doesn't mean I don't like the others ... I do ... but if it has to be just one then that will be it for me.
Your turn.

That is a tough one!! I only have 3 working engines right now, and I like each one in its own right....
the 76 was my first... BUT....
I think it would be my 1961 Wilesco D12,
despite its being so plain, I really love the way it runs, and the sound it makes..... |

If I could only keep one I own at the moment it would have to be my Lady Anne loco as I built it and its my most expensive engine and it has many hours of work from me invested in it. _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/ozsteam/index.htm

I'd kill the person who was trying to forcibly remove my engines.
I'd then steal theirs! _________________ burning fingers since 1989! |
