Uh-Huh...  Does your Stepdad realize that nerds are the ones who really run the world?

I am 6'3", 225lbs of muscle, and pround to be a nerd!!!

It sure is not the jocks and construction workers.
My family thinks the stuff I do with the steam is really cool, and look forward to seeing the next creation to emerge from "The Shop"

Ah.. good.  Glad to hear it!!!  Saying it in jest is fine!  I am glad HE is good with the math.  I make myself nuts trying to work with SAE and Metric parts... Drives me nuts, but it is not a long drive!!!
Prolly thats why half of what I make is off center, or downright crooked!!

Steam nerds RULE!!!!

Not only does it keep me quiet (most of the time) but it keeps my daughter enthralled too.  She now has her own engine
