After a while all 3 were going.
The brass wheeled SE1 was reluctant,
the SV was one problem,
so I swapped it for my brothers SE3 SV-
finally all 3 going at once

They are great.
Are you going to leave them as they are or will they get the polish/paint treatment?? _________________ Les - Nolo Servile Capistrum

Thanks Les.
Very good question.
As they are i can steam them.
I dont really want to polish too much.
The bases of the MM1 and Se1 disc are too rusty to leave though.
The SE2 needs its whistle sorting
And the rest probably need a good oily rag |

I think they lose part of their charm if they end up to clean and shiny. _________________ Les - Nolo Servile Capistrum

Before leaving Mamod stationaries (but we may return to them later)
A few SE1as 2s and 2as.
They need a fair bit of work between them all.
Some Winter work there
Another unusual green (rubbishy respray)
Another solder bath
and real rust for you

Nearly forgot the SP range
SP1 wasnt made for long
With an SP2
An SP2D huge flywheel
All in German now
A very rusty SP3
and a lot of soot
SP4 with an add on dynamo,
not sure but dont think its a mamod one
And the earlier SP5.

Wow, that's a great flatbase collection.
I'd love the 2 MMs, the MM1 and the black burner from the 47 SE1! _________________ Forum Founder, Owner and Admin.

It's brilliant! Some real rare engines in there. The lesser spotted MM2 with queer end caps, mazak flywheel MM2 and of course that wonderful little MM1! Not saying the others aren't nice, because they're all rate good _________________ Forum Founder, Owner and Admin.

LMAO!
I got so far through doing that up and then the SE4 broke, so knocked the end cap off and nabbed some threads off the SE2 for the SE4. Anyways I digress _________________ Forum Founder, Owner and Admin.

Now onto SELs
These are mostly in working order
Except the Majors .
These are near to being sorted, endcap jobs for both.
Even Les doesnt have the 1960s SEL Standard
SEL Minor
SEL Junior
Unique psychodelic based SEL Standard
And the 2 SEL Majors
The Majors boiler is becoming a solder free zone

Now, 2 small Luton Bowmans boxed.
PW201
PW 202 (said to be less common
The Burners- curiously the PW202 is unslotted the 201 slotted.
OK a little clue as to whats next
Yup, loads of boxes
