Oh thanks Sandy. I'm a bit stuck because I can't do Video or anything to technical. But why not an on-line tour. It's a surprize just how many different makers of mobiles their has been.
I've still got loads to find but that's all part of the fun. I've got a bit of a special mobile to finish with, that's not been on the forum before, but I'll save that for Sunday. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |

Thanks for the comments guys. Well I've been to germany this morning and I think I've covered things ok(ish)
I'm really enjoying the weekend. This has been such a good idea. It's a long haul flight for me next and getting me well away from Europe. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |

It was my first engine and a favourite of mine. (Mine was a kit though.) |
A Wilesco kit is on my wish list. I've got 9 Wilesco mobiles these days and could always add another one in at the right price. There are just so many diferent engines to collect and whole areas still missing from my mobile range. Maybe 2009 could be my year for either a French or Italian mobile. Now that would be good. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |

Ok, I've made to Australia and have now posted engines from 17 differrent companies. Still have a few more to go. And to think, 3 years ago the forum could only talk about Mamod v Wilesco v Jensen. We've all come such a long way. _________________ Manx, the mobile man |

Totally agree Manx.
This event has really helped to cement our international status.
The broad spectrum of world wide makes is frankly so great, it is hard to take it all in. _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/sandmansteamshack/index.htm
