I'd prefer meths! |
Yes but Gas gets very very hot! I burnt our kitchen floor with it _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

The urge is getting ever greater isn't it Mike! |
No MTA, curiously I prefer my OO gauge layout - steam locos, aprt from the full sized thing dont really get me interested - lovely to see, but I have got just too many other 'areas' Im into!!
So no, alas, Mike won't be buying a mamod loco! |

PPS is a one man operation, if hes busy he may of forgot to answer your email. I usually just ring him up to order parts over the phone.
I use a cheap international calling company so phone call only costs me a few cents and then you know your order is all good. _________________ http://www.freewebs.com/ozsteam/index.htm

I have been e-mailing him /phoning him recently and have had a very quick response, might be worth trying him again.
Incidentally, standard track radius for mamod track is 2 foot 6 (approx 750mm) so anything above that will be OK, particularly if it is 45mm gauge. _________________ It's a Mamod Jim, but not as we know it!

Just to add, be very careful of Chas's international postage prices.
I got the bible through him, and postage was ok.
But when he states a certain price for one item, then a certain price for each additional item, he means it, and sticks to it, and it can get very expensive.
ie, I bought about 3 or 4 safety valves off him. Total come to 10pound for postage (as much as a MM1/MM2 can cost to send), and he didn't move on the postage.
It turned out it only cost 4pound actual cost _________________

I sent Wallace a girthy pack of random crap a bit back. Cost me like £5 to send a girthy box. Chas is a true spaz _________________ Forum Founder, Owner and Admin.
