The next Small Model Steam Engine Group meeting at Guildford Model Engineering Society will be held on Sunday 23 August 2 - 5pm.
All forum members are very welcome to come along. Tea & biscuits and a friendly fuggy atmosphere will be laid on as usual.

I desperately want to go...but can't get there.
ANd I'm down on the beach, watching the air show on Sunday.
AND i'm going to the isle of wight on tuesday and have to ready the caravan and engine...

I too am on the beachfront watching the Airshow but I will do my best to be at the next one.

We had a very select gathering and some good steaming and chat

that's very kind of you to say so, thanks mate, next time will make up for it. Also, have to say that I'm a little concerened about what I can bring that doesn't require a boiler certificate - need to get that sorted. |
