Just a quick picture....basically it's finished! Thanks to Nick's careful measurements making a new cab roof was a piece of cake. The new wheel can be seen on the rear here. I've got it temporarily coupled up to a nice old brake van I restored some time ago.

Wow, I though that would take as long as my Wilson piston fabrication mate
What a total transformation, and I know how keen you were for the full set
Great help from Nick, he provided some great pics with an L4 Latimer a while back as well. _________________ You cant get an engine for that anymore unless you are lucky |

Very good, MooseMan! I like the GW toad you have there. Where did you get it, and who made it? I would like to get one to use in a mineral rake behind by GWR 43xx mogul. _________________ Paul

When you have time if no trouble, some good pictures of the van would be appreciated _________________ Non Impedite Raditioni Cogitationis |

Is this OK John? Tell me if you need more.....
It's solid wood, with printed paper. Paul, I have no idea about the age or manufacturer, it came from eBay with a job lot of other O gauge bits. As I live right next to the old GWR in Cardiff I obviously fell in love with it
