Got a phone call early this morning from the police telling me that my car had been stolen and found in a park just outside Stratford.

I went off to see the damage and it doesn't look too good, she's been burnt out

Witnesses suggest that the culprit was later seen driving away in a very rusty Land Rover with a large aerial on the roof. Described as an inflated husky gentleman who has trouble growing an adult beard. The rust bucket was last seen heading north, stopping twice, once for half time pies and then collect his flatcap that blew off half way up the A46.

His partner in crime was described as similar looking to a famous football manager Paul Sturrock. Unfortunately Paul Sturrock (Whose team are still languishing in the relegation zone) has declined to comment at this moment in time.He is said to be  preparing for a difficult home match against Doncaster Rover this weekend. But his representative has denied any wrong doing in this matter and will not comment any further at this time.

One witness a Mr Bill Loney describes his account to the local Nuneaton news.

Quote:
"I was disturbed in the middle of the night by an exhaust pipe dragging along a road. I then saw two larger than life characters step out of what looked like a death trap. The flat cap wearing teen then stepped towards my neighbours car and opened it using a Lincoln left handed screwdriver. Meanwhile the silver haired accomplice seemed pre occupied keeping what looked like a woolly animal quiet in the back of his neglected rusty mode of transport.

They then both vanished in a cloud of smoke which definately came from the Land Rover and I want to underline that. The Fiesta then followed.... it's smooth four cylinder overhead valve engine effortlessly pulling through all four forward gears. Followed by the thunderous rumble sounding from the standard Ford exhaust. It really did look like a delight to drive and I'm sure the owner will be distressed when he learns of it's fate"

The Fiesta. A common sight on Britians roads in the 80's is sadly disappearing as time passes by.

If you have been effected by this heart wrenching story then please donate to the "Save the Fiesta Fund" Details can be found at www.Saveourfiesta.com. It truely is a worthy cause to save our motoring heritage.

I just laughed so hard that a bit of sick came up my throat, forcing me to swallow my food for a second time, much like a sheep chewing cud.

That's some funny shit
