Thanks Wallace, that does sort of make sense - it's what I was thinking but wasn't sure I was right. I might bid on something small to start with and see how I go then....

And now I think I understand how it works, I've put a little tiny bid on the one that finishes on Wednesday. I have a couple more £ to go but I shan't push it. I've just realised that it doesn't matter if I end up with more than one cos I know I can find good homes for them
