Stunning stuff there. Came up brilliant.

After looking at that I think I've really got to spend more time when I clean an engine.

Yes looks great.

I'm with you Wallace I tend to get bored polishing before I reach that mirror finish.

Well we use a dramil with a small polishing wheel and AUTOSOL metal polish liquid and finish off with braso and a soft rag.
comes up a treat

Yes I use a dremel for those hard to polish parts too.
We have a few purists on this forum that think a dremel is cheating. (Not mentioning any names MM)
But personally I think if the dremel saves a lot of elbow grease I'm all for it.

Wow, think I ought to borrow a dremel and have a go at mine! I was too busy firing it to bother with cleaning but now I've got the SE2a to have a go at as well, perhaps I'll have a go!

And by the way, I never got round to saying hi to you when you joined - so hello and welcome, especially to Jilly - more girl power!

Great work! Looks like Sandman has some serious competition in the 'shiney engine' stakes!

It sure does.

Excellent finish and well worthy of the Sandman Shiney Award.
