They're ok....nothing to call home about though! I guess they were outdated by then! SP range was only round the corner don't forget

Great pics guys. Neat stuff. I like the Minor engines!!







I also have a MM2, evap type burner, but can't find a pic


I am just editing this here in case the flatbase MM2 I have is used for reference.
The piston rod is from a later engine, and it should be flat where it goes on the crankpin! I bought that engine minus a piston/cylinder, crank, and burner. But bought another engine for wrecking. And trust me, it was a wreck!!



Good thing I sold on what was left and got my money back on it

OH that MM2 FB is a lovely engine Wallace One of the best Ive seen! Great decal too

Twas a bargain at £26 inc p&p, box is in excellent nick too. Not sure why it didn't go for more?

I know I watched it out of interest. I wasn't sure of it only due to I have never seen a MM1 with that type decal so I thought it was a wrong repro. Obviously they did.

Yes they do look a little odd with that longer decal Wallace but quite correct! Its just a bit later than the one i posted on the first page!

I had a few SE1a's with end caps like all bumpy, not pinlk through corrosion just bumpy
