the one on the left were not happy with we fired it up to day and the paint bubbled on the firebox and on the tray and it isnt designed to take a meths burner
the chimney also wabbles
so a very poor restoration job was done _________________

MM2 (middle one) is 75-78 depends if its the solid fuel version or not.
MM1 nearest us in the picture 70-75! With meths vapourising burner
I'll leave the other to someone else _________________ Solid Fuel tablets explode

The back two MM2s date from 1976 and 1975, the overflowplug was introduced in '75, solid fuel in '76.
The MM1 dates between 1970 and 1976, the small meths burner for these engines not appearing until 1970. Very tidy examples! |

Mike we have run the MM2 on the left and the MM1 both ran well except the MM2 leaks at the pipe coming out of the boiler and now needs a repaint who ever did it up used standard paint and bubled badly. I think the other MM2 has only been fired once and then cleaned still looks in near mint condition _________________
