Don't think you can buy cab ones??? You have to mod it so that it works. Just include soldering though (grrrrrrrrrrrr)!

I reckon they look out of place on the outside.

It doesn't realy have a designated place, you could put it on the funnel if you wanted. It's dependant on you modifing the pipework to put it in the cab. On Roundhouse locos they're in the cab. Alan at PPS says they do a ready to put in cab one, but not sure how easy it is. Only do a cab one if you have a in-cab regulator realy.

I don't have an in cab regulator.

No idea what to do now.

I hate the idea of fitting one anyway!

Easy to fit the I.P ones, I think. You should leave your loco with MM and pay him to get it going.

they are simple to fit Jimmy! Although the Ip ones involve hacking your cab a bit.

Regulators? I know they take the feed from the whistle thread! You have to drill a hole in the cab though

Anyone got a Mamod one for sale to go on the smokebox?

James I cant find a big enough hammer to hit mine with. Pipe bent so I solderd a new 1 into it then the joint under the loco has caused nothing but problems so Im going to cab fit a Roundhouse 1 instead.
