No, I got in a big hurry and just tore it down.   It was in very average, poor condition.  Had been rode hard and put away wet.  Had to build whistle top, new wood knobs, pound plier dents out of chimney etc.  Pretty  much all the things that are always wrong with one of these.  The amazing thing about this engine is the condition of the plating that was under all the grime.

I think Indianarog has some info on his website about the Empire Company.   They built these things like Sherman tanks.  Actually, these were built before the Sherman tank so maybe the military built the tanks like the Empire steam engines.
