Hi all,

You may remember that a while ago I got a little Bowman M175 that looked like it had spent most of its life buried in peat:

Well, after bit of paint, a bit of solder and a LOOOOT of polish it looks like this:

Happy moose!!!

Excellent work as ever Odilon.

You've made me take a look at mine again and I think I'll go for a complete resto as well.

That's just spot on mate.

*envies your restoration skills*

That is one impressive job there, you deserve an award for that. But then again, most of the people on these boards would win one every week! One day I shall have the skills! (But first, a bigger house and maybe some appropriate tools)

Well, I shouldn't be surprised any more, but that looks superb!
Is it a good runner?

(edit: What am I saying? It's a Bowman!)

What a deep Bowman purrr. Could listen to that all night.

Yep. I'm convinced I'll have to do mine .

Great to see Odilon and another great engine rescued.
