I think he is Chris, depending on where Lambourn is in relation to Reading . Just looked at the link you gave (for those who think it doesn't work, remove the '<' & '>' on both ends and http:// at the beginning and press return ) and it seems easy to get to. Just checking train times now, and more importantly the price of the train ticket!!

I'm afraid to say that I might not be able to go to the Reading show anymore It's a toss up between a weekend on the North Yorkshire Moors Railway and driving a Roller at Amberley. Decisions decisions....

Thanks for pointing me here, Chris.

Reading's about 30 miles from Lambourn - about an hour's drive through normal trafic but probably less on a Sunday. What's the parking like? (there's no railway to Lambourn any more)

hmm - it doesn't say how much. It could be free on Sundays but, on the other hand, it could be a fortune if they're trying to make money

I can't imagine it would be very much for parking, I doubt it would be used by shoppers.

We are hoping to go along, but will depend on what else we have going on over the weekend.
