You have been down at your local car boot sale and picked up Mamod Minor 1 for next to nothing, it's in a sad and dirty state.
You get it home and start to give it a polish and 'POOF' out pops the 'Steam Genie'

'Thank you for freeing me from my prison. I will now grant you one wish' He says.
'You may have any steam toy, from past or present, rare or common as your reward. The only rule is it must be a toy and not big enough to carry or pull you. (IE no 5 or 7 inch scale steam trains', He follows up with.

What would you choose?

At first I was thinking an early Marklin Gauge 1 loco but then I decided on a
SR & RL #24 radio controlled loco from roundhouse

Can't say I have jimbo! but good things come in small packages

I would take any Early Mamod to be honest, so much choice though, not an easy question to answer

I wouldn't take anything I could just go and buy in the shop tomorrow, like a le mans racer
