I hope that some day I will own a Bowman, every one I see is so impressive. I love the looks of them.

John, I want a Bowman too! If they ever show up on US ebay, I hope we don't drive it way up bidding against eachother.

After the Wilson earned first runner-up for EOM, a forum search for "wilson's" brought me here.

The first page, all those photos...Les, you're killing me!  

I've never heard of the Wilson. Yours looks wonderful, but what about them?
Rare? How old are they?

Thankyou, but all I know is that they made two different models, they were made in Liverpool around 1946/8 and as for rare I have only seen a handful on e-bay in the last three or four years.

Wow, a blast form the not so distant past

     

Although not a big Vertical fan, that Wilson is a fine engine Kes, keep entering it as it does deserve to be EOM and I am sure it will some day soon, just like I will some day own a Bowman
