how my now paint less te1 looks so far
tomorrow will treat the rust on the fire box and prep for painting |

I look forward to seeing what you'll come up with. I'd like to get one in similar shape to paint a matte black with yellow wheels...or maybe green wheels...the red does look sharp though...guess I'll climb that hill when I get there.

| dumb question i know but what paint should be used as tried using plasti-kote enamel on the boiler and engine frame and it didnt take. but fire box all went well used bbq paint |

When painting bare metal, you should use an etch primer first.

It's a metal primer, use it before putting your paint on.

| taken some time but main body now painted left boiler and engine mount brass as like shiney bits and rest done in flat black will post some pics later if i can |
