I'm looking for a nice restoration project, basically I want a fairly interesting engine to repair and restore. I've been watching e-bay and seen a few prospective engines at steam rallies, but found nothing that I really fancied or was at the right price.

To be honest, the older stuff is what interesets me, say pre 1960, but I'm not overly bothered what it is, from a disk crank minor1 to a bowman M101.

I have a pretty decent budget, so dont think I'm after a cheap engine, I'll pay a fair price for what you have.

WHY guys??

What about this MM2 on ebay

Pre 1960, just. Only thing I would ask about is if the burner is ok, no holes

Ok, just saw you said it doesn't have to be a cheap engine so ignore that
