Looks pretty complete Al, be a collectors piece, the French industrial clocks sell for thousands.

I think that this one is more highly regarded. I remember one selling for $20K years ago. I'm not that up on these things so i can't tell by looking at it if it's a repo. I'd imagine it'd look nice on the mantle piece too!

For a REAL steam clock, head for Gas Town in Vancouver and there's one there that looks like it's driven by an old Stuart Turner #4! Vancouver used to have piped steam but since the end of that the clock had been (don't quote me on this) electrically driven.

It is a most unique clock.

That French one is really neat, the mechanism actually runs. I have seen steam hammer ones, and the boat rocks on the one posted above but never a steam one..

Highly sought after, I think its original.

Love the steam powered clock as well. Shame its been converted
