There should be a fair few bits and bobs on ebay for you James  . What do you plan to do with it all anyway? a few lineshafts? maybe something more complicated?

i have the plans to make one in one of my meccano magazines

it will be like a proper cotton mill. it actually weaves cotton into cloth!!
