Went to this yesterday, I was happy because I thought I wouldn't be able to go, then plans changed at the last minute and I had the car and a free afternoon

Highlight of the afternoon was when all the engines ran in convoy round the park. I do have some video of that but I can't make it work, I need to find a converter first and then hopefully I can do something with it.

Anyway, I took lots of pics as usual which can been seen at my flickr page (along with some from the NVR which I took last week - first time I've been there on a non-running day and it was nice to not have to push through crowds of people!)

I had a long chat with the man who had all the Mamods - he was at another rally last week and met Fred, who invited him to STIA. Like an idiot I forgot to ask his name so if you're on here, man from near the model shop in Peterborough - let us know!

ETA - All the photos up now! Mods - please move to the other thread if you think it's better?

Looks like it was a beautiful day. Where's all the rain?

Thanks for sharing.

Ah, that was the other good thing - a day with no rain, perfect!
