Hi,

Is anyone going/exhbibiting at the Toy steam show at the black country museum on the weekend?

I shall be going on sunday. Pics and vids ect of course.

Their full size working replica of a newcomen atmospheric engine will be going plus a steam colliery and full size traction engines

Went today. Great show Not many mamods/toy steam but a lot of other stuff..

The full size newkomen was great. I was stoking the boiler in the moring BIG FIREBOX !

Drove a few traction engines around. Had some lovely fish and chips!!!

Steam canal boat was great

Well they are famous for their fish & chips!!

You might have thought that local firm, MAMOD, might have taken the opportunity to promote themselves!!

I suppose it would be foolish to think that Mamod might want to run and promote their operation as a viable business! !
