Hello Guys,
I thought I'd post this for the guys in New Zealend as they're always commenting on the fact nothing happens there!

I was browsing my 7 1/4" Gauge Society magazine when I noticed an article on a "Loco Feast" to take place in New Zealend, so it's going to take place in Manaukau, Auckland, New Zealend, over the 3rd to the 7th of January 2008. This is an INTERNATIONAL steam convention! For more details visit www.manukaulivesteamers.co.nz , byu the way there is 27 model engineering clubs in New Zealend, so try and find your local one guys. I'm jealous that you have the chance to go there!

That's a shame. I don't seem to get to many rallies, mainly railways as that's my area of intrest. Perhaps you try and incourage one of the clubs to allow you to display your models at a open day? Or even perhaps start a group?

We do have a group but only show locally and in conjunction with other organizations which usually means the same engines. I guess we dont have the population to get the big #s as you do in the UK
