Thanks Griffin for help in identification! 
I have both red and cream/offwhite available.
Tarnished condition, paint ok, price reflects condition!
2 3/32" dia. Yes it has its screw!
£2.50 plus P&P (UK = 75p, overseas - US Oz NZ = £2.00)

I have added 2 new pics to show white flywheel - pulley same on all and also showing grubscrew.

Can you get some better pictures of it? Does it have the pulley on the wheel?

It does, I may want to buy it. But going to have to wait. I would rather have some meccano chain and sprockets on ebay but we wil see.
