|
|
i am lucky enough to have an M175 and M180, both with burners, but the M180 burner is a wee bit shorter.
The M180 is boxed but there is no chimney.
As the M180 burner is smaller does this mean the M180 chimney is also shorter? Also I assume the exhaust goes in at the same height as the M175s ?
I have the M175 chimney which does fit into the M180 box, so maybe the chimneys are the same length.
Help! |

Hi, it's 15 cm long and 2 cm diameter, of rolled tinplate with a lap seam. The top 4 mm are flared out to 2.5 cm. The exhaust goes in at 5 cm.

Thanks Moose, I can catagorically say that the chimney from both M175 and M180 are the same
Now to the plumbers, cos I will try copper pipe first |

Anyone know where to get tinplate from as it would be good to try and replicate this to original design,
God its hard being a perfectionist |
