Anybody recognize this one?: It is about 4"tall



It even has a crankcase plug??

Never seen it before but it looks well built.
I could be a home built engine but if it runs well and its not too expensive could still be a great find

I'm saying hand built as well and of a style I've never seen before. I'd class it as a really nice find here.
