In trying to make parts for my Renowns I need to measure all the original parts which were of course made using imperial measurements.
Now my Vernier gives me decimal measurements in inches and you buy the bar stock using fractional sizes.
I stumbled across this website which makes it a snap to convert 0.1875 to 3/16 inch.

May be of use to other people here.
