Well it’s taken me a while- as holidays and business trips seem to keep getting in the way.  But last night I finally gave it a good clean and polished the brass.
We are having a nice sunny day here in the south of England  , so I took advantage and shot off these post-cleaned shots. I hope you enjoy them as much as I like this engine, it’s now become my firm favourite in my collection.
My 1963 Mamod TE1 Nut and Bolter with grooved back wheels and the all important 1963 “Flat canopy”

Great Looking TE1 Very nice condition. Great set of photos.
How much cleaning did you have to do to get it to shine so beautifully.
It certainly is a beautifully preserved engine
At some point, it would be great to assemble the best preserved of every edition of the TEs for a Bible photo op.

About 10 min on the paintwork but about 30 min on the brass bits which are small and tricky Richard.
Remember Richard I still want your N&B TE when you need room on your shelf’s, It will be WELL looked after

It was running full steam when I found it MM, I had to empty the hot water and meths out so I could take it home mate
