Went to Ryhope steam engine open day 3 years ago on Aug bank hol, and there was an exhibition of steam engines there, only a few, the pumping engine is worth a look as well.
Near to Sunderland, so not far from you |

Thanks I will but all the good stuff like STIA and all the good steam fairs are almost always as far away from me as possible while still remaining in this country _________________ knowledge is power

NO WAY I am terrible at exibiting and would probley forget to do the saety valve on 1 of the engines right and then have it fly off in a great jet of steam
its happened before besides my parents dont have time for me and my steamy obsessions and I would never be able to organise it myself
but I will ask _________________ knowledge is power

I hope it all works out.
Are there any forum members near you that could help set it up and bring some engines? |
