Just snipe did me proud today while I was at the playground with Maddy... a 46" launch ( Miranda type I think) that I have to coax the UK seller on getting confident to box it up and shipped... I think he will come around..It is fitted with a electric power train and a fake steam plant....But I know who can fix that...

Chasing mooseman is hard he has long legs and a right fitted boat... I hope this one doesn't turn out dodgey

Do UPS stores do a good job in the UK on packing for the trip across the pond? I want to arm the seller with the easiest way to pack and ship this long beast..
Advice welcomed!!

OH MY GOODNESS!
That is fantastic! I hope it arrives well. A first class Flagship for your fleet or as I refer to it as the arMOda

James- I might- I need to see where the seller lives- I did tell him that I had contacts in the UK if he didn't find a easy UPS store or equal..

I think I will have a prop steam plant for sale along with some of those scary crew members...

It's temporary until the weather allows a "natural light" shot.

It's snowing here.

Well my seller was a bit timid.....  and claimed that no one ships to the US...

So I took James up on a kind offer to be the ship-to in the UK and he would insure that the boat is trussed up right for the trip across the pond...

Thanks James and the other s that kindly offered- I need James to pack her in Lincolnshire wool for that special Chantry touch

A nice bunch - the lot of you!! - Thanks all!! I think I have just the boiler for her...
