Great Video!

I like the idea of using a different boiler. Not only does it save on polishing, but it protects the firebox paint and decal.

This would be a great idea for the newer Jensens.

What kind of steam line did you use?

thanks.   I didn't think about the paint & decal. thanks.

just a fuel line hose from an auto parts store.

Do you have to use a hose clamp or is it just a tight fit?

I would hate to see it fly off under pressure.

I think I'm going to use my spare Jensen 75 boiler and firebox for something similar to this.

a hose clamp on model boiler end- the other end is so tight 1 not needed- though if you do find yours a little loose- I'd use a clamp there too.

20 psi.  but then I forgot to turn gas down, wondered why SV blew looked at guage again, now @ just over  40 psi.

That is probably a bit too high for a Mamod to run on, the trunion bolt tends to unscrew itself and parts fly everywhere.

I tried it at 10psi- engine wouldn't start.
