I am going to use polyurethane for ine from here on out, I was using nitrocellulose lacquer but it doesnt hold up too well with water. _________________ Your life is an occasion...Rise to it |

| I am making a board for the workshop I am going to set up with my new lineshaft, and Wilesco stuff. I am using good 3/4 inch plywood. I will post a pic after I stain and urethane it this evening(maybe tomorrow) If anyone here ever needs some nice pieces of oak (or plywood), let me know, I have access to a lot of it. I can cut it to basic shape, and ship it. It is used packing material, but I have already made quite a few things from it. Including a new mantle for the upstairs fireplace! All you would have to pay for is shipping. |
