IIRC The tanks already have some extra steel inside, I may put some extra weight under the cab floor - would help a bit with the general weight distribution too, but thats a job for another day. _________________ It's a Mamod Jim, but not as we know it!

Titan, do you have any photos of the loco showing the cab interior and the linkage to the reverser at the front? Semi thinking of adding R/C to my IP Jane as it'd make running it a little more pleasant as the layout is at ground level and some parts are inaccessible - You can guess which parts it decides to stop at!

just took a read through this and have to say wow I love the dynamo with the little cylinder powering it.

These are pictures of the R/C linkage:
The last shows the space on the right where the servo sits, the shaft just fitting through the hole.
The cylinder for the dynamo is in fact from a jenny wren, by Philcraft. I really hope that I can find the time to get it going, but too many things on at the moment! _________________ It's a Mamod Jim, but not as we know it!
