my DV Camera uses litle Tapes mate and has a cable that connects it to the PC. when connected windoz will find it and ask to start windows movie maker. then you use the program to download the video and then create a movie
only trouble is it may require firewire connection to download the video so you will need a firewire connection in you PC

sorry parents say we dont have firewire.

even if we did they wouldnt let me cause they think I will mess up the computer.

so how do you watch your movies ????

when downloaded onto the pc you can make the movies into DVD's
